Meet your Dealer

A love of the old, for the homes of today.

I’m Ashley, the antique dealer behind The Antique Rehomer. For nearly a decade, I’ve sought out pieces with history, texture, character, and a little magicfrom painted porcelain and statement brass to primitive crocks, timeworn pottery, and original art.

I’m also a mom, which means I believe beautiful homes should still feel lived in. My own home isn’t a museum. It’s full of kids, pets, laughter, messes, memories, and the kind of collected pieces that somehow make everyday life feel a little more special. I love mixing antiques into real family spaces in a way that feels warm, fun, personal, and never too precious.

For me, antiques aren’t about creating a perfect room. They’re about surrounding yourself with things that have soul—pieces that already carry a story and are ready to become part of yours.

Based in New Jersey, I share my finds through live shows and thoughtfully curated listings, always looking for the pieces that make you stop, smile, and imagine exactly where they belong.

Every piece deserves its next chapter—and I love helping it find its way home.

Collected, Not Confined

I’ve never believed your home has to fit into one style, one era, or one label. I love Grandmillennial, primitive, Victorian, old-world, cottage, chinoiserie, traditional, and a little bit of everything in between—and I think the magic happens when those worlds are brought together.

That’s how I curate. I might pair an early primitive crock with a delicate piece of porcelain, an old oil painting with statement brass, or something Victorian beside something simple and rustic. Different eras can live beautifully together when the pieces have character and feel right in the same space.

I don’t decorate by rules. I decorate by feeling.

Your home should make you happy. If you love it, use it. Mix it. Move it around. Put the fancy piece in the everyday room. Let the old sit beside the new. Let your home tell your story instead of trying to fit into someone else’s aesthetic.

For me, a well-curated home isn’t about everything matching. It’s about everything feeling like it belongs to you.
